Accurate blood pressure (BP) measurement is a critical step in improving hypertension control for the 116 million US adults with high BP. While measuring BP is a common procedure, student training in BP measurement is often brief with the type of training differing per school. This initial standardized, robust BP measurement training module can support existing efforts within health care schools to ensure students are learning the latest evidence-based techniques from the same curriculum as their peers and future care team members.
