Within the Coachee Learning Series medical students will learn what to expect from academic coaching. In this micro learning course about preparing for your first coaching meeting students will learn how to differentiate the roles of coach, advisor, and mentor; define the roles and responsibilities of a coach and coachee; participate in establishing the coaching agreement; and define their relationship with their coach.
