1. Describe the purpose of portfolio coaching
2. Define master adaptive learner
3. Describe one technique a coach can use to help a coachee move through the master adaptive learning cycle of planning, learning, assessing, and adjusting
4. Describe how a coach can ask questions to elicit reflective behaviors from a coachee

Within the Coachee Learning Series medical students will learn what to expect from academic coaching. In this micro learning course about preparing for portfolio coaching students will learn how to describe the purpose of portfolio coaching, define master adaptive learner, describe one technique a coach can use to help a coachee move through the master adaptive learning cycle, and describe how a coach can ask questions to elicit reflective behaviors from a coachee.
