Learning Objectives
1. Examine creative ways to improve the organization's work environment and promote a positive culture to enable self-care, personal growth and compassion (for yourself, colleagues and patients)

The theme of the conference is “Achieving the quadruple aim: Resilient systems in times of crisis.” The 2021 conference will have both in-person and virtual events.
