Patient Video and Video Electroencephalography (EEG)

Segment 1: This patient has lateral bending of the trunk toward the right side during standing and walking, which is consistent with a diagnosis of Pisa syndrome. Segment 2: Video EEG showed periodic, high-amplitude, slow delta wave discharges with burst suppression that suggest a diagnosis of subacute sclerosing panencephalitis.
