Glistening Nematodes on High-Magnification Fundus Contact Lens Examination

The glistening nematode was seen near the inferior vascular arcade at the posterior pole. The nematode was moving with coiling and uncoiling. The size of the nematode was approximately 150 μm when coiled and 400 μm when uncoiled.
