In this video, a 33-year-old patient with a disease history of 2 years is shown with generalized dystonia most prominently involving the neck, shoulder and trunk and causing severe pain (L-8679). One week after surgery, dystonia and pain have markedly improved. The second video section shows that dystonic leg tremor could be suppressed and dystonic foot inversion improved within seconds after the pulse generator was switched on.
