Brassiere Suture Technique for Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This video illustrates the brassiere suture technique, also known as the brow fat pad suspension suture or browpexy variant, for upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Unlike a true browpexy that aims to reposition the brow, the suture acts to support the brow fat pad and suspend the infrabrow soft tissues. The resulting increase in the tarsal platform show and preserved volume contribute to a more aesthetic, youthful brow-eyelid complex.
