Suspension Technique for Unstable Nasal Bones Following Fracture

Management of unstable or floating nasal bones after nasal fracture can be challenging. This procedure video demonstrates a technique that uses bilateral nonabsorbable suture through silicon sheeting to suspend and stabilize unstable nasal bones. Tensioning the sutures pulls on the silicone sheeting and distracts the nasal bones, restoring their position and projection.
