Aortic Pseudoaneurysm with Aortobronchial Fistula

This video is an ultrasonic enhancing agent (UAE) transthoracic echocardiogram, suprasternal view, in a patient with massive hemoptysis caused by an aortobronchial fistula. The video shows contrast in the descending aorta (arrowhead) that fills the lumen distal to the left subclavian artery. It also demonstrates an echodensity with a round appearance and narrow neck (blue asterisk) corresponding to an aortic pseudoaneurysm; note the absence of contrast surrounding this round image corresponding to thrombus (white asterisk).
