A 14-year-old boy with paroxysmal nonkinesigenic dyskinesia (PNKD), confirmed by the identification of MR-1 (ie, gene PNKD) missense variant, presented an attack of choreathetotic movement of all extremities and twisting in the trunk without loss of consciousness, precipitated with stress and fatigue.
