The video shows nonrhythmic hyperkinetic superior limb standardized movements associated with copropraxia and vocal tics. All were preceded by a premonitory urgency, which commonly improved after performing the movements. Because of its refractory pattern, the patient underwent deep brain stimulation implantation at the centromedian-parafascicular complex thalamic.
