Demonstration of the Semont-Plus Self-maneuver for Right Posterior Canal Canalithiasis

The patient first turns her head 45° to the left. She then extends her right arm and subsequently moves the whole body by 150° or more to the right side. This position is kept for 60 seconds. Subsequently, the patient moves her whole body by 240° toward the nonaffected side. Finally, after another 60 seconds, the patient sits up for another 60 seconds.
