View of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging

A woman in her 50s presented with exertional dyspnea for 3 months and sudden syncope. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed a mobile mass in the right atrium and ventricle. Pathologic study confirmed a diagnosis of intravenous leiomyomatosis.
