Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens Suturing and Anterior Chamber Intraocular Lens Removal

The dislocated posterior chamber intraocular lens was sutured to the sclera using the technique of scleral suture fixation. The anterior chamber intraocular lens was then removed through a superior scleral tunnel.
