Waddling Gait

Patient III-27 (male, aged 51 years) showed waddling gait. The power of hip abduction (Medical Research Council, G2/5) was markedly weaker than those of hip adduction (G4/5) and hip extension (G4/5), which were consistent with his lower limb features on magnetic resonance imaging.
