Ischemic Episode With Intra-arterial Retinal Precipitates

Ischemic episode with intra-arterial retinal precipitates during the third treatment of the left eye. Intra-arterial retinal precipitates were documented twice during this treatment. The first episode appeared 20 minutes into the infusion and lasted 9 minutes. The infusion was stopped during the ischemia and restarted following clinical reperfusion of the retina. The second episode of intra-arterial retinal precipitates was detected immediately after reinstitution of treatment and persisted for 7 minutes. The treatment was aborted.
