Significant Resting Blood Oxygenation Level–Dependent Correlation Differences Between Patients and Controls Across 122 Regions of Interest

Significant resting blood oxygenation level–dependent correlation differences between patients and controls across 122 regions of interest. The animation shows slices through a 61 × 61 grid of correlation differences (thresholded at family-wise error rate–corrected P < .05) obtained by comparing resting blood oxygenation level–dependent correlation between patients and control participants. Grid conventions are as in Figure 2. In each frame of the animation, seeded difference maps (P < .01) are shown superimposed on inflated lateral (upper corners) and medial (lower corners) views of the left and right cerebral hemispheres, shown on the left and right, respectively. Seed regions are shown as white regions outlined in purple with the corresponding slice of the grid outlined in purple. See article for expansions of abbreviations.
