Recovery From Ophthalmoplegia and Proptosis After Repair of Bilateral Carotid-Cavernous Sinus Fistulas

Eye movements at presentation showed bilateral ophthalmoplegia with limited abduction. After treatment with embolization of bilateral carotid-cavernous fistulas, proptosis and chemosis resolved.
